“ I was coming from Cebu City and I had a face to face class at AIM. The rates are pretty cheap compared to other accommodations around. The place is a bit old and they were going through some renovation works. I arrived late in the evening and was basically there to spend the night for the class the following day. I was not able to check out the other amenities. The staff were nice, they even help to point out where the nearest convenient store was since I had to buy some personal things. The rooms are clean. AC is centralized. Beddings are clean and comfortable. Wifi is provided for guests. The room had a TV but I did not the chance to turn it on. Hot shower is available. The rooms include towels and basic toiletries. The price did not include breakfast. I tried to check out the cafe by the reception but it looked like it offered only pastries and cakes. Good thing the hotel's location was near to a lot of establishments. I had my breakfast in a near by McDonalds. ”
